first month's kits, and if you purchased one, your Colorfulkids Starter
Kit. The Starter Kit includes everything your child will need for the kits
they receive each month. At the beginning of each month, we will ship
that month's kit, including up to 5 projects, instructions for each
project, and some fun facts.

The Starter Kit contains everything your child might need to use with
one of our kits.
Each Starter Kit has: (items might change from time to time but the

I have signed up for a 6 month subscription, can I get the Starter Kit?
Answer:
Yes! We offer the Starter Kit to our 6 month Subscribers for $10. The
cost to non-subscribers is $25.
Question:
How does the billing work?
Answer:
We will collect the payment for your first month when you place your
order. For the remainder of your subscription you will billed monthly
for the subsequent kits each month on the first of the month via PAY
PALS subscription service .
Question:
Can I pay cash?
Answer:
Because of the size of our subscriber list, we are unable to process
monthly payments except by PAY PAL or credit card. However, we do
accept full payment for the term of your subscription by check.
Question:
What ages do your recommend these kits for?
Answer:
The kits are recommended for ages 3-12. Because some kits contain
small pieces which may pose a choking hazard, we do not recommend
these kits for children under 3. Additionally, we recommend adult
supervision with young children.

Do you have kits for kids under 3?
Answer:
Not yet, but we are working on putting together a craft collection for
children 18-36 month.

What types of kits do you offer?
Answer:
We work hard to provide a great variety of kits, which allow your child
to work with different materials each month.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Answer:
We do allow members to cancel at any time.

Some of the projects are related to holidays that my family does not
celebrate, what can I do?
Answer:
Simply notify us by email at info@colorfulkids.net and we will arange
for a substitution.

The Welcome Letter asked for my child's birthday, why?
Answer:
If you send us your child's birthday, we will include a gift in their kit
that month.
